Metamorphosis
(Oil on Cradled Canvas 36"hx48"W)
There is a sort of magic that comes from making and enjoying art. It is a form of expression that often conveys more than any one person can find the words to describe perfectly. I suppose that’s where that saying comes from—of a picture being worth a thousand words.
Creating Metamorphosis brought personal joy to myself. Life was changing, struggles of Covid 19 seemed to become manageable, our social political world made some adjustments and people were interacting socially again. I wanted to share celebrating thus my painting flew from my heart, mind to my hands. I created Beauty.
